WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry;
- Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels;
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities;
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients;
- Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets;
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention;
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical departments, to support client onboarding and service delivery;
- Regularly attend the conferences.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a great plus;
- Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
- Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus;
- Fluency in russian and English.
