WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing, driving growth and adoption of our solutions.
  • Deeply understand payments industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to shape positioning and strategy.
  • Push boundaries: get things done, challenge the status quo, and make sure our product stands out in the market.
  • Partner with clients and prospects to explain how different payment products function, uncover needs, and craft tailored solutions.
  • Quickly grasp the technology and architecture of our product to effectively communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define product messaging and go-to-market campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS, ideally from a leading company in the industry.
  • Solid understanding of payment flows and integrations.
  • A natural communicator – persuasive, confident, and able to sell a product story.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to push through obstacles to achieve results.
  • Strong mix of product knowledge, business development, and sales orientation.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
  • Good level of English and fluent Russian
