ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day payment operations and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all treasury processes. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, reconciliation, and operational control within a fintech environment.

 

• Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payment transactions (fiat and crypto)
• Monitor transaction flows and ensure timely and accurate processing
• Perform and control reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and bank accounts
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure proper resolution or escalation
• Maintain accurate and well-structured records of all treasury activities
• Support daily treasury operations to ensure uninterrupted business processes
• Monitor account balances and assist in maintaining required liquidity levels
• Validate transaction data and ensure correctness across systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, reconciliation, support) to resolve operational issues
• Act as a reliable operational point of contact within the treasury function

• At least 3+ years of experience in treasury, payment operations, or fintech operations
• Strong hands-on experience with payment execution (fiat and crypto)
• Solid experience with reconciliation processes (multi-source: banks / PSPs / internal systems)
• Basic practical understanding of crypto transactions
• Good understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycle
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, working with large datasets)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
• Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibility
• Good level of English and fluent russian
