WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Design and produce various types of graphics, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media content, website graphics, print materials, and merch branding
  • Create visual elements such as icons and illustrations that align with brand guidelines
  • Use graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality designs that meet technical specifications
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Collaborate with the other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • At least 1 - 2 years of professional experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role in fintech or high-risk industries
  • Confident level in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Fluent russian and at least intermediate level of English.
